Continuous Conversations with Claude3

I've connected with Claude3, but instead of just having one round of conversation (prompt → response), I want to engage in multiple exchanges within the same thread (prompt → response → prompt → response → ...). How should I set up the workflow for this? Normally, sending a new prompt starts a conversation in a new thread, so the history of previous conversations is not reflected.
