hi i was using pabbly connect and wanted to automate conversiobot it captured the response for name and email but ddint catch it for custom text i tried it many times but before i wrote anything for custom text in chatbot the response was already captured and i didnt get the chance for custom text
also i tried to automate the conversations through chatgpt but i tried many options but it didint worked
it worked well with gmail for wix forums and whatsapp automations but not for conversiobot if there is already a way to do it please help on how i can fix this and automate conversiobot conversations with chatgpt

After reviewing your workflow, I would like to inform you that Pabbly Connect is only capable of capturing the data that is permitted by the application itself. Unfortunately, the ConversionBot application does not allow Pabbly Connect to capture the phone number, last name, and first name information. This is why you have not received a response for these fields.

You can check it through a webbooks testing site called webhook.site.

You can copy the webhook URL provided by Webhook.site inside ConversionBot and do the test event inside ConversionBot to see if the webhook is capturing the phone number, last name, and first name inside Webhook.site. This will double-confirm the issue.
