Convert Kit to Hello Audio Stopped Working

This workflow has been successful over 200 times. Then stopped working at the end of July. The first step (grabbing members with specific kit tag) seems to be working fine. The issues appears to be with step 2. I've double checked the webhook, toggled the 'map' options where available, and attempted re-execution. Any ideas or thoughts on what to try next would be extremely appreciated.
