could not establish a connection with squarespace

Hi, I am trying to connect squarespace to freshsales. To capture the leads submitted on squarespace to create a contact on freshsales.
But there is an initial issue with establishing a connection with squarespace. I press the connect button but it just wouldnt connect.

Can you please try reconnecting the Sqaurespace's action step in the incognito mode of your browser?
