Create Airtable record with collaborator field

I want to set a workflow that creates an Airtable record with the collaborator field (as responsible) when I have a new lead from Facebook.

I have tried many types but had no luck. Could you please suggest how to fill a Collaborator field value?

Already tried with email or JSON value but every time faced with error INVALID_VALUE_FOR_COLUMN
