Create and Add member in google drive

Hi, So were looking for a solution for our order based service. Where when a new row in google sheet create a shared drive folder with name set to the data present in the row and give acces to the emails present in the row.

So now the challenge is we want to create a new folder for very order with access given to the emails present in the row. We were successful in creating the drive folder when its geeting difficult to give acccess or add member based on particular oder and email present in row. Anyone can help ?

The part which you have mentioned related "to giving access or adding a member" is not possible for normal drive.

Currently, with us, you can add a member to a shared drive-
