Custom field not showing on invoice

I added a custom field to my checkout page that shows up under the "Basic Information" section.

But when I test it and fill in the ccustom field and process the order, it does not show on the invoice or email I receive.

I'm really hoping there's a way to show these custom fields in the invoices otherwise I won't be able to see important order details.

Hello there!

You can add and show the custom field in the email notifications. Go to Settings >> Email Notification >> Edit >> Custom Fields.
