Customizing Funnel (Upsell/Downsell) Pages in Pabbly Subscription Billing​

To customize the Upsell and Downsell pages in Pabbly Subscription Billing, you need to customize the Upsell and Downsell plans that you have added in the funnel, instead of the Main plan.

For example, let's say you have a product named "X" with three plans: Plan 1, Plan 2, and Plan 3.
Plan 1 serves as your main/primary plan. Inside Plan 1, you have set up Plan 2 as the Upsell plan and Plan 3 as the Downsell plan under the funnel options. To customize the Upsell and Downsell pages that appear upon the completion of Plan 1, You need to customize the upsell and downsell appearance of Plan 2 and Plan 3 using the Checkout Customizer option. There's no need to customize Plan 1 in this case.

Follow the below steps to customize Funnel Pages:-

1. Go to Products and select the product that you want to customize.

2. Select & Hover on the plans that you have added as a upsell or downsell plan inside the main plan. Three dots (options) will appear on the right-hand side of the plan.

3. Select the Three dots option & from the dropdown menu that appears, select "Checkout Customizer." This will take you to the Checkout Customizer page for the selected plan.

5. Inside the Checkout Customizer, you will see various customization options. From the block section, select "Upsell & Downsell Block."

6. Now, you are in the section where you can customize the Funnel Pages for the selected plan. Here are the customization options available:
- Funnel Button Title: This is the text that will be displayed on the button in your upsell or downsell page. Click on the field and type the desired button title.
- Funnel Button Background: This is the background color of the button. Click on the color box to pick a color or enter the color code.
- Funnel Button Border: You can customize the border of the button. Choose the border style, width, and color by clicking on the respective options.
- Funnel Text: This is the text or content that will be displayed on the upsell or downsell page. You can edit this text to convey your message effectively.

7. After customizing the Funnel Pages according to your preferences, make sure to save your changes.

Once the changes are saved, they will start reflecting in the checkout process for the selected plan. By following these steps, you can easily customize the Funnel Pages for your plans in Pabbly Subscription Billing, making it a seamless and personalized experience for your customers during the checkout process.
