Hi @Tonie Konig,

Based on the workflow you have shared, we can see that you are receiving the data within square brackets and double quotation marks from the WordPress trigger. When this data is mapped to the LeadConnector action step, it saves your contacts in this manner in HighLevel.

To fix this, you need to capture the data from WordPress in Simple Response. Enable Simple Response, click on "Re-Capture Webhook Response," and register a new dummy user on your WordPress account. This will provide you with the user details without the square brackets and double quotation marks. You can then map these new details to the LeadConnector action step and get the details in the correct format.
