Data not pulling

Hi,
From Pabbly I didn't get the data from 29-12-2021 3.00 Pm onwards
How I can know why it happened.
In my face book account the leads is coming but it is not automatically fetching through pabbly. How can resolve the issue.

Could you please share the name of the workflow in which you are having trouble? Also meanwhile try re-connecting your Facebook Trigger event with your Facebook account again.

I have already done the same procedure but, again I am getting failure.

Hey @abhipdm

Please reconnect your Fb account by entering your accounts credentials. Also do check that you have granted permission to all your lead pages.

And also as we can see your Lead ad form is not coming in the trigger event, kindly check for permission on your Facebook account and you have renamed it or may have changed it.
