Hi, dynamic values entered into the OpenAI action step is not pulling through from previous step. This is happening intermittently. Sometimes they pull through, sometimes they. This causes incorrect OpenAI output. The workflow show as successful but the actual result / OpenAI output is way off because dynamic values have not been fed into the prompt.

I’m running into an issue with the OpenAI action step in my workflow. The dynamic values I pass from the previous step are not always being pulled through into the prompt.

• Sometimes they feed into the action correctly.
• Other times they don’t, and the OpenAI step still runs but produces incorrect/irrelevant output since it’s missing the expected inputs.
• The workflow shows as “successful,” which makes it tricky to catch since there’s no error thrown.

Has anyone else experienced this intermittent behavior? Is there a known fix, or a best practice to ensure dynamic values always pass reliably into the OpenAI action step?
