Data retrieval error

I am trying to connect google sheets with Bigin Zoho CRM. I was able to connect, was following all the steps. but unfortunately when the data is pulled in there is an error, im attaching a screenshot. The data is not mapped or syncing properly. Please help.

I did create a same condition in excel sheet where I type "Back pain, Neck pain or ankle pain" . But in begin its a drop down menu. this is not a mandatory field in Bigin-FYI
