Hi, I have a Google sheet with rows and columns, one of the columns is the date column, is it possible to trigger 1 or multiple rows if the date is as an example 2 weeks before the date on the sheet.

I know I could create a formula in Google sheets calculate this, don't know how to start the automaton

Hello @Wolf,

Could you please elaborate a bit more on your exact use case? It would help us understand what you're trying to achieve and guide you better.

Also, could you let us know which trigger you're planning to use in Pabbly? If you're using Google Sheets – New or Updated Row, please note that the trigger column must not contain any formulas, as formula-driven values do not trigger the webhook automatically.

I'm trying to trigger an automation based on a date in a Google sheet, the sheet conts about 50 rows of data. triggering one or multiple rows in a Google sheet. The Google Sheet has a date column, based on the date I want to trigger the automaton, there is a second part, I don't want the automaton to trigger on the date in the Google sheet but 2weeks before the date in the sheet. I would like to know if it is possible.

I would appreciate any guidance or assistance you can provide on how to implement this functionality.

Hey @Wolf

Yes, this is definitely possible using Pabbly Connect along with Google Sheets and the Date/Time Formatter module. To implement this, you can set up a scheduled trigger that runs daily, allowing it to check your Google Sheet for any relevant dates. Then, by using the Date/Time Formatter, you can subtract 14 days from the date listed in each row. The automation can include a filter step to compare the calculated date with the current date and only proceed if it matches. This way, your desired automation—such as sending reminders or initiating workflows—will be triggered exactly two weeks before the actual date in the sheet. This setup works even if your sheet has around 50 rows or more, processing each row one by one. Kindly refer to the reference workflow link attached below.

This workflow has not triggered automatically yet. Please allow some time for it to trigger at 8 AM and then check if it sends the correct number of emails. For now, the workflow you have set up appears to be configured correctly.
