Open Delete subscribers

Hello, I need to delete subscribers. I previously had a more complete plan, which allowed me to have around 30,000 subscribers. Now I need to reduce the list to keep a maximum of 10,000 subscribers.

I submitted a support ticket, but the issue was never resolved. The platform is not allowing me to delete more subscribers.

Could you please help me with this issue?

You can delete a maximum of 50% of your current subscription. Since your plan allows up to 10,000 subscribers, you can delete a maximum of 5,000 subscribers.

Please export your entire subscriber list and let us know once done. We will reset the subscriber section, after which you can import 10,000 subscribers again.

Please note that once the subscriber list is reset from our end, you will not be able to retrieve the deleted data. Make sure to export your existing subscriber list before making the reset request.

As requested, we have successfully deleted all subscribers from your Pabbly Email Marketing account. Your subscriber section has been reset, and you are now free to import your list of up to 10,000 subscribers.
