Did i create it correctly? Not Working

Hello guys, i have created a Workflow using Fillout form ( when new responses are being recorded ) as trigger, the actions are Connecting to ChatGPT, the gpt analyzes the form-filled answers and scores and craft an email based on the score and another action as sending Email via Gmail to the recipient. But the workflow is not working as programmed.... Am i missing something or some steps ?

After reviewing your workflow, I suggest moving the Delay step after the Fillout. Placing Delay as the last step might be causing issues with the workflow execution. This adjustment is meant to improve the workflow without impacting its functionality. Please ensure that Delay is not added as the last step.
