DocuSign Connection

Not sure if anyone else is having this issue.

I cannot sign into DocuSign within pabbly connect. It says incorrect username and/or password
I log in on chrome and safari with no problems. Looks like there is an issue with adding a new connection....

Please help.

We have contacted the DocuSign team regarding the technical issue and are waiting for their reply.

We will notify you as soon as we have an update for you.
 
Hi Team,
This is taking way too long and this was the main reason I joined Pabbly - Has a ticket been raised with DocuSign? I tested this with Zapier and had no issues whatsoever.

Please can this be looked at urgently!

We have already created a ticket with them regarding the same and waiting to hear from them. They have asked for some approvals for which we have already submitted the information as requested by them.
