DocuSign LOGIN issues with Pabbly Connect!!!!

I have been trying to make a connection between my apps and DocuSign through Pabbly Connect, however, it seems that Pabbly is unable to connect to DocuSign. This problem is a dealbreaker for me, since I am trying to migrate from Zapier to this platform. Are you going to fix this?!

Important: I have checked my credentials and everything is correct. Apparently other users are having the same issues since months ago. You should have fixed this already.

The authentication page of DocuSign is working fine and the page redirects you to the API. Kindly check the account credentials which you are using.

Further, we have recorded a short video for basic understanding, please check that out. You can also try connecting the API in your browsers' incognito mode.

I am having the same error. I have been able to successfully connect other api apps to docusign recently and am currently running a zapier connection that is active and working.

Could you please record a short video on how you are connecting your Docusign account with the action step?

Meanwhile, you can try once in the Incognito mode of your browser. Further, we have tried the same at our end and it is causing no issue.

I found the error.

"https://account-d.docusign.com/oauth/auth?response_type=code" This is what Pabbly uses to authenticate with Docusign. Every time I try to use this it to log in to Docusign it gives me the "Wrong pass word error".

"https://account.docusign.com/oauth/auth?response_type=code" This one right here is what Zappier uses to authenticate with Docusign. When I use this to sign in to Docusign everything works normally.

"https://account-d.docusign.com/oaut...type=offline&mode=post_message&prompt=consent"

- This is the full link Pabbly uses to authenticate.(DOES NOT WORK)

When I tried combining "https://account-d.docusign.com/oauth/auth?response_type=code"(USED by Zappier) and

"&client_id=29e39d0a-82af-4fd0-9117-5b572856e5f6&redirect_uri=https://connect.pabbly.com/callback...type=offline&mode=post_message&prompt=consent"

(The rest of Pabbly's authentication link) I got this error message:

So my conclusion is that Pabbly is not registered with docusign.

The DocuSign API is currently integrated in the testing phase and is in contact with their support team regarding the concern.

Kindly allow us some time, till we get any confirmation or change from their end. I hope you would understand.

Hey Supreme... apparently this hasn't been fixed yet. I'm having the same issue connecting DocuSign with Pabbly. My login info is correct, but Pabbly's DocuSing connection keeps telling me I have the wrong email/password. When will this be fixed???

Further, Docusign's API is in the testing phase and added to the platform as in Beta. We are also in contact with their support team so that we can live the application soon.

Thanks for the video. Looks like there is some authorization issue from our end. We have contacted the DocuSign team regarding the same and shall update once we have an update for this.

Further we have removed the DocuSign integration from our end for now, until the issue is resolved permanently.
