Double Pabbly Entries of zarorpay

Hi Pabbly Team,

I'm sending lead data to Google Sheets but whenever someone fills up our landing page form, doublr entries are coming in the Google sheet of the same lead.

Example,

I filled up the lead on the landing page, in my Google sheet triple entries are coming from the same lead.(using payment gateway as razorpAY)

I connect again in Pabbly but I don't know why it shows like this.

Please help me solve the issue.

We’d like to inform you that Razorpay triggers are descriptive, meaning the responses sent by Razorpay are only visible under the Task History in Pabbly.

Also, duplicate entries may occur if:
  1. The same webhook has been added multiple times in Razorpay.
  2. Razorpay is sending the response more than once.
To troubleshoot this:
  • Try creating a new workflow with a fresh webhook URL and test if the response is captured only once.
  • Alternatively, check and delete any duplicate webhooks in your Razorpay account.
If the second workflow also captures duplicate responses, the issue likely lies with Razorpay, and we recommend reaching out to their support team for further investigation.
