Dunning Process

Hi,
This Dunning process is good. But in some ways, there is some confusion, and not the right thing happened in our case.

For example:
Mr Ali clicked to buy subscription product A, proceeded to the card, and submitted but failed. Then he didn't continue right away.

Later, Mr Ali knew the correct number/top up his fund. Then go to our landing page again, select a product, choose the same product A, pay with a credit card, submit, and succeed.

3 days later, Mr Ali received an email from the dunning process saying that he needed to process the payment. So this reminder was coming from the 1st transaction (failed) that he made.

But, the system should be intelligent enough to detect, if the same email and same product subscription (recurring) should not treated in the dunning process.

Because of this, we are not confident to activate the dunning process. But, if not activated, we lose the capability to auto charge in a timely duration if the 1st one fails.

Any advice on this?

Thank you

Hello @abular,

We regret to inform you that, currently in PSB, the dunning process operates in such a way that the system triggers dunning for failed transactions even if a new successful subscription is created later in some time. We kindly ask you to submit this as a feature suggestion related to the dunning process on our forum
