Open Duplicate Comments Issue in Workflow (Reel Upload)

Hi Pabbly Team,

I’m facing an issue in my workflow. Whenever I upload a reel, the workflow is triggering double comments instead of just one.

I have already configured it to post a single comment, but it still executes twice. Could you please check what might be causing this duplication and help me fix it?

We checked your workflow task history, and we couldn't find any task histories where the workflow got triggered twice for a single post or the comment has been posted twice. Could you please share the Task history IDs for those instances so we can accordingly check and assist you?

The issue occurs when I upload a reel, where the workflow posts two comments on the same reel with a noticeable time gap between them. This seems to be specific to reels. Kindly guide me on how to share the relevant Task History IDs so you can review and assist further.

To help us investigate this further, please share the Task History IDs for the instances where duplicate comments were posted. You can find them by following these steps:

1. Go to Task History in your workflow
2. Look for the execution based on the reel upload time
3. Click on the specific task entry
4. Copy the Task History ID shown at the top

Once you share those IDs, we’ll review the exact executions and assist you further.

Thank you for sharing the Task History ID. We were able to find two tasks with the same post ID. Could you please confirm the exact time at which the post was made? Was it on Apr 24, 2026, at 15:44:18 or at 18:01:02? This will help us investigate the issue further.
