Duplicate Entries after Send Request Times Out

Hello,

I have a workflow that I have set up for new Thrivecart customers to be entered into a Notion database. I am now getting 12 entries per customer and using up a ton of my tasks. I am in the middle of a product launch, so I can't just turn off this workflow.

I did notice that when I was setting up the workflow in the new beta view that when I sent the test request that if an order didn't come in within two minutes then the send request would time out. I think this is what is causing the multiple entries, but even if I were to make a new workflow, it is so difficult to get a live order to come in during that single two-minute response time limit.

Is there a way to increase the send request response time limit so I can wait for a live order to come in? Or is there a way to fix my current workflow so the multiple entries stop? I hate that I've used up so many of my tasks on this one workflow.

Here is the link to the workflow: https://connect.pabbly.com/v2/app/w...OVGldSQYCUAYDcFVMBztSUV0nWhcBelQFATJdA1lxBWQ#

Thank you in advance for any help you can give me.

Hi @cmed,

The issue you are describing occurs when a user clicks on 'Save & Send Test Request' multiple times. This, in turn, creates multiple webhooks in ThriveCart, leading to the workflow being executed multiple times.

To fix this issue, you need to disable your current workflow and create a new one from scratch (without cloning). Make sure not to click on 'Save & Send Test Request' in the ThriveCart trigger step multiple times.

Copy the Notion step from your original workflow to your new workflow.

I’m afraid it’s not possible to increase the response time limit you’re referring to. Even if the live order is not captured immediately, you can capture the response later by clicking the refresh button when a live order appears in your Task History. Alternatively, you can place a live order from your end to capture it immediately. Since the Notion step is being captured from the other workflow, the mapping should remain intact.
