duplicate leads.

Some of the campaigns are not running at the moment, but we are still receiving leads from them — mainly duplicate leads. What could be the issue?

Could you please share the workflow URL where you're facing this issue? Also, confirm if you're using the Facebook Lead Ads: New Lead trigger. If so, this is a known issue and has already been escalated to our technical team. Sharing your details will help us escalate your case as well.

In the meantime, we recommend turning off the current workflows to avoid task consumption and creating a new one using the Facebook Lead Ads: New Lead Instant trigger. Let us know if that works for you.
 
We are attaching some photos to show that these workflows are completely duplicated. Most of the campaigns are not working, but all our tasks have been fully consumed.
