Duplicate Records on google sheet

we have a google sheet that we want to update using pabbly
Flow that we want is
1. push data to google sheet using webhook
2. Lookup by sheet
3. Add or Update according to the result of the lookup
Problem
It either updating the record or adding new, which makes duplicate records.
You can see records are repeating, our requirement is to keep the rows unique by Order Id

We have updated your workflow and added a filter step.

Using the filter step, it will not duplicate the entries by checking if the order ID already exists in your Google Sheets or not. Further, we have executed few tests and it seems to be working fine now.
