Dynamic Fields in App Development

When I am creating an app, there is a part where for every end user, the specific field will be different and changing. I want to know what is the solution for this? Please see the image to get the idea.

zapier like dynamic fields as inputs

i have an action where i need to show some input fields to users, but these inputs fields should come dynamically and will be different for different request, this particularly depends on the answer of the previous field. in zapier we can do that using dynamic fields, how can I do that here ...
