Edit Logs and Workflow Logs Erased???

Hey team,


I’ve run into a bit of a bind with my Pabbly Connect account. I have multiple workflows running—some for months, others for years. Recently, I received an error notice on one workflow and went in to investigate.

To my surprise, the Edit Logs are completely empty, and the Task History only goes back to August 27, 2025. This makes it nearly impossible to diagnose when and how the issue began, since I can no longer trace back the full history. This is not just for this single Workflow, but all the workflows suffer the same.


Can you clarify how this happened, and why I wasn’t informed beforehand about such a change? More importantly, I need your help to restore the full workflow task logs and edit logs so I can continue troubleshooting properly.

I've forwarded you the email of the error notice. Although please note, the error and my current predicament of not being able to see logs is not really connected.

Thank you for sharing the error email. Upon reviewing the screenshots you previously provided, please note the following:
  • The workflow for which you are trying to view the edit logs and history has not been edited in the last 30 days. Edit logs are only maintained for this period.
  • From the last 15 days, the workflow has not been triggered, which is why no task history is visible.
  • Edit logs and task histories prior to the stated time cannot be retrieved, as we only store data for these specific periods. These limits have been in place for a long time and have not been recently updated.
  • Regarding the error email you received, you can find the related task history under that workflow’s history section.
