elementor to googlesheet to whatsapp

I've integrated an Elementor form on my site https://rremediumspecialitiies.com/appointments, and the form data is successfully being sent to Google Sheets. This automation works perfectly. I've also set up a second automation that uses the same Google Sheet to trigger a message to be sent via WhatsApp using AiSensy.

However, I've encountered an issue: when the data is manually entered into the Google Sheet, the automation works without any issues. But when the data is received through the Elementor form, the automation doesn't trigger as expected. I understand that if changes are made through an external platform (other than Google Forms), the trigger might only be sent once every hour.

How can I overcome this problem and ensure that the automation triggers immediately when the data is added via the Elementor form?

This should give you some helpful responses from the forum community.

Hi @avismohitr,

Although not immediate, you can use App script to reduce the waiting time to 1 minute. To assist you in sending new rows every minute, I have included a link to the relevant thread.
