Email Recipient Invalid Response

Hi There,

I have created a workflow to send a reminder to employees that there weekly report is due. However, when I add multiple recipients under the CC section of the last task of the workflow, it tells me that there maybe invalid addresses. I checked the addresses and all are accurate so I am not sure what is wrong.

When I test the work flow with one recipient it works.

Hey @Samantha

For your work, in which if you are adding multiple recipients in carbon copies (CC) and the message is also in plain text.

Then kindly re-connect your action step and use the "Plain Text" in the Content-type of the "Send Emails to Multiple Users" action event of Microsoft Exchange.

Thank you, I made the changes as you advised, now I am having issues with the mapping of the emails. Can you tell me what I am doing wrong. I am new to automations so please bare with me. I do not understand the email formatting.

Hey @Samantha

We have made some changes at our end and we would request to try again the MS exchange action step at your end. Kindly re-connect the action step and let us know if that works for you.

Moreover, the action step displays the empty response, but the action event delivers the mails successfully.
