Emails not being received from Workflow

I have run my Workflow and the final step is an email being sent with files attached. I am not receiving the email and it is not going to my Spam folder. Could someone tell me why please.

It seems that the attachment URL you are attempting to use is not available upon opening, as only publicly accessible file URLs are processable in the attachment field.

Additionally, I suggest trying the latest version of the Send Email action set for this purpose.
