Hello @Parth,


Upon reviewing your workflow, we found that the WhatsApp action was failing due to a misconfiguration in the Header Type field. After enabling the Map option, the static text present there needed to be removed. We have corrected this on your behalf and mapped the lead’s name (coming from Step 9) under the required variable. After re-running the action, it is now working correctly.
You may re-execute the previously failed task histories for the WhatsApp step.

Regarding the Flowlu start date issue, we did not find any errors in the recent task history. Could you please share a specific Task History ID where you observed the issue, along with what result you received in Flowlu? This will help us investigate the matter more accurately.
