I need help to solve a recurring problem we are facing with several clients from our agency. We are experiencing an error in the integration with WhatsApp Cloud API: we integrate it with the Facebook lead generation form, and as soon as the lead fills out the form, the automation should trigger a template (our standard message) with the data provided by the lead to the client’s WhatsApp. However, the messages are not being sent. Hello @Falcão

As we checked the workflows we noticed that the message status was accepted and to test even after the accepted the message got sent or not, we tried to send it to our number and we successfully received the message. refer to the attached screenshots.

Also, we noticed that a static number has been mapped under the Recipient number field, thhis way all the messages will be sent to the same number every time.

Also as per the task history the ClickUp action also seem to be working fine.
