"Error in showing connections form" when creating a connection

I have lifetime access to Pabbly connect and wanted to try out hooks. It says I have 100 events allotted so I should be able to do that. I click "create connection", enter a name , hit the create button and get "error in showing connections form". Help please

Please try refreshing the page once and then try creating the connection and let us know if it helps resolve the issue.
