Hello, I am receiving this error as shown below while trying to set up the automation from Odoo CRM to Meta CAPI. Anyone knows what could be the problem?

Upon checking the workflow you shared, everything appears to be working correctly. The trigger as well as the Meta CAPI action are returning valid responses, and we are not seeing any configuration issues in the current setup.

Could you please recheck the workflow once again and let us know:

  • Whether the issue is still occurring
  • If you have made any changes after sharing the workflow that may have resolved the issue
If the error persists, please share the exact error message or updated screenshot so we can review it further and assist you accordingly.
