Eventbrite error 403

I'm making a workflow for Eventbrite to Contact Contact to add customers after a new order. I have connected and reconnected Eventbrite and still getting this.

Please use the "Eventbrite: Get Event" action step to retrieve the relative details from Eventbrite.

this is the error message I am getting again. when I try and do the next step. Also, it the screenshot provided above, for the Event ID, I could not replicate this when I tried to make a new workflow.
