Because Pabbly does not have Everwebinar as Trigger, you can use it as action only. - https://www.pabbly.com/connect/integrations/everwebinar/
Everwebinar does not have open API documentation to develop triggers. If you can ask them for that then I think pabbly team will be also able to do it.
I also needed this trigger in past, this was the issue.

Hi Fagun. Thanks very much for your answer. We have been using it in Zapier and it does work there. Do you know how they did it? The idea is to send our EW registered users to a client's autoresponder. Any ideas? Thanks!

Zapier have inside access to many SaaS's APIs, which are not public to others.
