Facebook Conversion API Setup using Google sheet to Upload existing conversion data in bulk.

Hi Team,

Hope you are doing great.

We are currently collecting lead data from our Facebook Ads and storing it in a Google Sheet. At present, we have accumulated over 1000+ converted leads in this sheet. We are looking to send all of this data to Facebook’s Conversion API using Pabbly Connect.

While I found a tutorial video that demonstrates how to send data for each new row added to the sheet, I couldn’t find clear guidance on whether it’s possible to upload a bulk set of conversion data at once — especially if the data is added manually to the sheet, rather than coming in real-time.

Could you please clarify the following:

  1. Is it possible to upload bulk conversion data from a Google Sheet to Facebook Conversion API using Pabbly Connect?

Any guidance, documentation, or examples would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your support!

Thanks

Hello @Srijin Francis,

Currently, we do not have a dedicated action for bulk updates to Facebook’s Conversions API. However, you can try using the API by Pabbly module to send batch events manually.

You can also submit a feature request on our roadmap for our team to review.

Hi,

Need some clarity on this. I have connected one sheet to facebook API through pabbly. When the data updated to new row its sending succesfully to meta.

My doubt is instead of single row, if am adding 5 new rows in bulk, will it send to Meta API?

Can i use send all data in this case, please find the attachment. Once the existing data was uploaded then we can change the setting to "Send on event" would it work?

Thanks
Srijin

Hello @Srijin Francis,

Thanks for your message.

Yes, even if you add 5 rows in bulk, the workflow will be triggered individually for each row, and the data will be sent to the Meta API accordingly.

To clarify the difference between the two options:
  • Send All Data: This will trigger the workflow for every row in the sheet, regardless of when it was added.
  • Send On Event: This will trigger the workflow only for newly added rows going forward.
