Hi Hrishabh,
Thanks for your response 🙏

The specific action I’m referring to is “Send Lead Event” under the Facebook Conversions (New) integration.

My use case:
I’m connecting Octomatic (my order management system) with Meta CRM through Pabbly Connect.
Whenever an order is confirmed inside Octomatic, I want to send that event as a “Lead” to Facebook Conversions API, using Pabbly as the middle layer.

If you need the API documentation for reference, here’s the Meta Conversions API doc:

Best regards,
Mehdi Rezouali

“Thank you for confirming. However, in my account, I still don’t see the version that includes the Access Token field.
Could you please enable the Facebook Conversions (New) integration in my workspace? The current one is missing the Access Token input.”

Hi team,
The problem is not the action type. In my workspace the “Facebook Conversions” action does NOT show the **Access Token** field, so I cannot send server-side events.

Please enable **Facebook Conversions (New)** for my account (the version that includes the **Access Token** input along with Pixel ID). Currently I only see the old version.

Thanks!

Hello @Mehdi rezouali,

Thank you for sharing the screenshot. Please note that the access token is typically requested during the connection process.

However, for Facebook Conversions, the connection is OAuth-based, so you do not need to manually provide an access token. You can simply enter the Pixel ID and other required details, and the connection should work correctly.

Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

Hello @chandan_78487 ,

Upon checking your workflow “CLONE - [A to B]”, we noticed that you are using Shopify (Legacy) in your setup. We suggest switching to Shopify V2, as the legacy version may cause connection or service issues.

Please update the workflow to use Shopify V2 and test the action again — it should resolve the “Service is unavailable” error.

Let us know once you’ve tried this so we can assist further if needed.

Hello @chandan_78487 ,

We understand that the Shopify (Legacy) version was working earlier, but recently, Shopify has made some API and authentication updates, which may cause older (legacy) connections to fail or show the “Service is unavailable” error.

That’s why we recommend switching to Shopify V2, which is the updated version fully compatible with Shopify’s latest API changes.

Please try updating your workflow to use Shopify V2 and test the connection again — this should resolve the issue

Hello @chandan_78487 ,

Thank you for the update. Could you please let us know what specific issue you faced while using Shopify V2? This will help us understand the problem better.

We also tried adding a step in your workflow, but noticed that the customers are not fetching properly.

Please try creating a new connection with Shopify V2 once again and test it — this should help refresh the data and allow the products/customers to load correctly.

Once done, please let us know the result so we can assist you further.

Hello @chandan_78487 ,

Thank you for the update.

The error message — "[API] Invalid API key or access token (unrecognized login or wrong password)" — indicates that the Shopify store connection was not authenticated properly. This usually happens when the API credentials (store URL, access token, or permissions) used while creating the connection are incorrect or expired.

Please try the following steps:
  1. Reconnect your Shopify account in Pabbly Connect using Shopify V2.
  2. While connecting, make sure you are logged into the correct Shopify admin account.
  3. Approve all permissions when prompted during the connection process.
After reconnecting, please test the “Create Order” action again — it should work correctly.
