Facebook Lead Ad Leads not captured in Response Received

Hello,

I am creating a workf;ow to connect Facebook Lead Ad to Google Sheet. But even after selecting the Facebook Page and Lead Form the leads are not collected and are not shown in the Response Received space. I also tried with the Facebook Lead Ad Testing Tool but unsuccessful. Screenshots shared. Please help.

I tried but still the problem persists.
I presume it has something to do with the Facebook Lead access permission. Need some guidance for that.
