Facebook Lead form issues

Hi,

Facebook lead forms have changed a bit, I can't get a web hook response - I have tried doing a "test lead" through Facebook but it didn't work

Your guidance says click "preview form" but I can't find that?

Thanks

Ryan

Hey @Ryan_u89

Our recommendation is to utilize the "Facebook Lead Ads: New Lead" trigger event, which enables you to easily capture the webhook response with just a single click on the "Save & Send Test Request" button.

can this not be in done on the New Lead (Instant) option? I can see a lead has come through on Facebook but so far no triggers.... I assume as there is a delay? it is important for me to receive leads immediately

Ciao, avrei bisogno di sapere come impostare delle notifiche o un alert che mi avvisi ogni volta che viene inviato un nuovo modulo facebook
. Come posso fare?

Yes, the "Facebook Lead Ads: New Lead" trigger event has a polling time of 10 mins which will fetch new leads in every 10 mins once it arrives in your Facebook Lead ad.
