Facebook Lead Form- Multiple form integration

How should I integrate multiple FB Lead forms to a single page in Google Sheets?

Right now I'm integrating, individual forms to individual pages in a google sheet. ( This becomes tedious if we are running more than 10 to 20 ads)

I want to club all the leads coming from different forms into a single page of a google sheet.

Hey @Welona Clinic

As of now, you can only use one Facebook lead ad form in one workflow. So for your work you can need to create an individual workflow to store the lead data.

Thanks for the information. Appreciate it!

Have one more query, as to get instant lead the trigger event we select is New Lead(Instant).
And this requires us to create a lead in the form, for capturing the webhook.

But that lead we create doesn't capture the campaign name, ad name, and platform on which we are running the ad.

As these options are not available for the lead which we create, we are not able to map those data when connecting to google Sheets.

So the query is, how can we map these data?

We suggest capturing the response once you have made your form live and then doing a test submission yourself. That way you will be able to capture more details such as campaign name, ad name, and platform
