I am trying openAI chat completion action on one of the flows and instead of the 'Choices 0 Message Content' in the result , i am receiving the response as below in a single choices field.

Can you tell what I am doing wrong here as my other account has the same workflow and action and gives correct results.

It seems the issue might be due to browser cache. Kindly try the following steps:

1. Clear your browser cache and refresh the page.
2. Open the specific action step and select Response Format = Simple.
3. Click Save & Send Test Request again.
