We have reviewed the workflow that you shared with us and noticed the following:

  • You have added two steps for the same action Brevo: Send a Test Email Campaign.
  • The last step is failing because in the Email field of this action, you have mapped the contact ID instead of the actual email address.
Please map the correct email address in the Email field of the Brevo: Send a Test Email Campaign step. Once corrected, the action should work as expected.
