Failed Workflow Errors

Hi Team,

Hope you're all doing well.

We've encountered an issue on our account where we're unable to view the details of failed workflows. Specifically, the dropdown menu that usually appears when investigating a failed workflow is no longer showing. As a result, we're unable to see the reason for the failure or investigate further.

Could you please let me know if anyone else is experiencing the same issue, or if it might just be on our side?
