There are 87 Contacts running through this once a week.

All Contacts are successfully running through apart from the same 1 Contact.

The workflow starts with the Unique ID of a Contact record being sent to Pabbly from Ontraport.

The only step that fails for this 1 Contact is the last step.

It has failed two weeks in a row for the same Contact.

I wrote to Ontraport to ask why it was failing, as maybe the Contact record was 'faulty' but they have described that I need to contact you for assistance as it's failing on your end and they can't see why it would be failing on their end.
