failure to connect with Zoho Sign

I'm trying to get Zoho Sign integrated with Pabbly Connect
I try to integrate Signed Document Details from Zoho Sign to Google Sheets
and I watched this video:

I did the same in the previous video but the Response Status is a failure
What I'm doing wrong?

Hey @Labayhconsultants

The subscription of "Zoho Sign" which you are using doesn't support webhook service. Kindly check the same with the Zoho Sign team regarding the subscription that you are having.
