But they're not always coming from FB lead ads so this won't work right?
They're coming from data I capture upon group entry into my FB group, not always from fb lead ads.

Can you please make sure that the "Send On Event" option is opted in when setting up Google Sheets if the data is coming from a Google application or if you manually enter it? If the data is coming from a third-party application, however, you may need to choose "Auto Send On Schedule" or "Send on Event" which will forward the data in exactly one hour.
