FB lead developer tool not connected with pabbly

Hi all,

i just tried to set up a new connect FB Lead Ads to Mailerlite. Every time i try to send a test lead using the lead developer tool i receive the message that the old api used is not valid anymore (apiway). I have no idea how to change the API to Pabbly as i don't see any option to change this. When i click "install app" i can reach the Meta Business tool backend but have no idea how to change the App ID.

Do you have any idea how this can happen? Have you made any similiar experience?

We can also see that you were able to capture a real lead during automation. We suggest that you set up the rest of the workflow, and it should work as intended.

Yes, that seems to be fine. But i'm now unable to configure mailerlite correcty. Checking the dropdown for "Subscriber" as an example i see the list of my already existing subsribers - which does not make sense?

I want to transfer leads generated with FB lead ads to Mailerlite. When connecting Mailerlite in the workflow i can't select which fields to be filled but can only see a part of my already existing subscriber list. The test leads generated are also not transmitted to MailerLite - so there seems to be anything wrong but i have no idea what.

If you want to add Facebook Leads as subscribers in MailerLite, you can set up 'MailerLite: Create or Update Subscriber' as your action step.

You can enable mapping and map the 'Subscriber Email' from your trigger step.

What do i need to fill in the "Status"?

That is totally up to you. You can select the Status according to how do you want to display the user in MailerLite. It can be any of the Statuses available in the dropdown.

Thank you so far for your support. I also had a chat with MailerLite.

The reason seems to be that the Data Source is marked as "Manual". Is there any option to change that? It's currently causing that those subscribers can't be put into the regular workflow configured in Mailerlite.

Hey @Ruben85

You will have to add a Custom Field in your MailerLite account for "Source" so that you can map it here and get the subscriber source too. Kindly click on "Refresh Fields" after you make the changes in MailerLite.
