FB lead generator not showing up

Hi there! Anyone else have any suggestions on how to get a workflow refresh to show current lead generation forms on FB? I've tried creating a new workflow and refreshing the connections but the one I want to use won't show up. I have also confirmed the lead generation form is active on my page.

This unfortunately doesn't help. I'm trying to select a certain lead generation form on my page and all of them are showing up except for the most recent one I made.
