Data formater can simplify the form values. However, the values that have a space are showing as underscores _ so when I send the values to my CRM it doesnt have spacings but underscores. How can i easily replace all underscores from each value back to spaces?

Regarding your concern replace the underscore with a simple single space than you can use the Text Formatter action step.
