Fetching data with google sheets lookup value

I want to fetch data from my google sheets with the help of lookup spreadsheet rows of all the filled columns (if the column is not empty). Can you please help me with the same

How do you do a lookup where you have to lookup the data in two columns and output the row with both?
For example lookup column with first name and column with last name and out the data in that row (city, state, country, telephone).
