Fields not mapping from Thrivecart

I'm setting up my first workflow but have a problem. The flow is when someone purchases a product in Thrivecart that they get added as a contact in LeadConnector where I host my course. It populates all the possible data fields that I can have in TekMatix but it only gives me the option of 2 fields from Thrivecart - response subscription ID and response subscription url. How do I have it pull through the normal data from Thrivecart (name, email etc)?
